It all starts in the Invisible
Before we talk about concrete actions, it’s essential to understand one key principle: we create our own reality. Not always consciously, but constantly! What we experience is the result and reflection of our thoughts, emotions, and deep beliefs—very often unconscious—that drive our choices and behaviors.
These beliefs come from our upbringing, life experiences, and even older sources: transgenerational memories, or imprints from past lives. All of this forms a kind of mental and emotional program that shapes the way we see the world—and therefore how we act within it.
Limiting Beliefs and Fear of Change
We all carry beliefs like “I don’t deserve happiness,” “It’s too late for me,” or “I’m not good enough.” These limiting thoughts keep us stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. And because the brain loves familiarity, change requires courage and awareness.
Fear, in turn, acts as a kind of guardian—it wants to keep us safe. But more often than not, it prevents us from stepping outside our comfort zone. This fear is built on old wounds, sometimes very ancient. To create a new reality, we must first dismantle these fears.
Changing your habits: A Key to Transformation
Every habit is a seed we plant daily. If we want to harvest something different, we need to plant differently. That often begins with small daily changes, such as:
Getting up a bit earlier to meditate or journal
Choosing a positive thought upon waking
Questioning an automatic reaction
Saying no to what no longer nourishes us
Saying yes to what scares us… but also attracts us
These new habits reconnect us with ourselves. They raise our vibration. And step by step, they begin to transform our reality.
